Object d’art, but for the tablescape. I made this with sumo oranges in mind, thinking it would be a beautiful object to hold said citrus. Would also love to hold pistachio stuffed dates, three hundred cornichons, chicken liver mousse served on crostini with cranberry jam. Anything. Everything! A whole entire cake?! Each piece is hand-built and one of a kind, pinched thoughtfully and securely. Food and dishwasher safe, but I would recommend lovingly hand-washing it while listening to Jessica Pratt in the kitchen. A true piece of prose for your table, from me.
