Each plate is hand-built and one of a kind. This plate would love to hold yogurt with sumac, mushrooms with nettle, eggplant with saffron, so on and so fourth. It is food and dishwasher safe, but I would recommend lovingly hand-washing it while listening to Henry Mancini. It is not microwave safe due to the gold luster.
